- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top, and return to the oven uncovered. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides, such as rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
