- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- In a large serving bowl or trifle dish, start layering your ingredients. Begin with a layer of the cheesecake mixture.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Follow with a layer of blueberries and banana slices.
