Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  3. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor).
