- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Butter (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- Prepare the Apples: Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges. Arrange them evenly in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Make the Custard Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, flour, salt, and cinnamon (if using) until well combined.
- Pour the Custard: Carefully pour the custard mixture over the arranged apple slices in the baking dish.
- Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the custard is set and a golden top forms.
- Cool: Once baked, remove the pudding from the oven and let it cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
- Serve: Cut into portions and serve warm or at room temperature.
