A quick and delicious low carb version of the classic bacon cheeseburger in casserole form, perfect for satisfying cravings without the carbs.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 strips bacon, crumbled
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and eggs. Pour the egg mixture over the meat mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Notes
Customize with additional vegetables or spices to your taste. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
