- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tablespoons ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic until the beef is cooked and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
- Mix in the softened cream cheese until melted, then stir in the crumbled bacon.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, ketchup, and mustard.
- Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Pour the egg mixture over the beef in a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until set and golden.
- Let cool, slice, and serve with pickles or parsley.
