Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- If using a store-bought crust, roll it out onto a pizza stone or baking sheet, following the package instructions. If using homemade dough, stretch it out into a round shape.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edge.
