  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Stir in crushed pineapple, grated carrots, eggs, and vegetable oil until just combined.
  4. Divide batter between prepared pans and smooth tops with a spatula.
