Description

Ingredients

  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces spaghetti or penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them evenly in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the breaded chicken until golden brown on both sides (5-7 minutes per side).
