Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well.
