Description

Hot Honey Garlic Flatbread Pizzas are an incredible recipe that combines sweet and savory flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey (or to taste)
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with a pinch of salt and pepper. Evenly distribute the garlic mixture over both flatbreads.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over each flatbread, followed by crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over the cheese layer, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  6. If you enjoy a bit of heat, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top of the pizzas.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the flatbreads are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
  9. Cut the flatbreads into slices and serve warm, drizzling a little extra hot honey on top if desired.
