Description

A refreshing snack combining creamy yogurt with vibrant toppings, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without guilt.


Ingredients

  • 500 g (2 cups) Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) honey or maple syrup
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits (e.g., berries, bananas, mangoes)
  • 50 g (½ cup) nuts and seeds (e.g., almonds, sunflower seeds)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly to about 1 cm (½ inch) thick.
  3. Sprinkle fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds over the yogurt layer and press them gently into the mixture.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours, until completely solid.
  5. Remove from the freezer, lift off using parchment paper, and cut into pieces.

Notes

Ensure yogurt is fully frozen before cutting for the best texture. This treat can be prepped up to a week in advance.
