Description
Delicious and juicy grilled steak kabobs, perfect for a summer barbecue or dinner party.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1.5 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the beef overnight if time allows.
