Description

Delicious and juicy grilled steak kabobs, perfect for a summer barbecue or dinner party.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1.5 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the beef overnight if time allows.
