Description

A quick and easy pizza recipe that you can make at home in no time.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add warm water and olive oil; stir until combined.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
  6. Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  7. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, then add pepperoni.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  10. Slice and serve hot!
