Ingredients

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, chia seeds, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
You can substitute chocolate chips with dried fruit or nuts for added flavor. Experiment with different sweeteners to find your preferred taste.
