- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and evenly mixed.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll it up tightly, starting from the wide end.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each rollup for added flavor.
- Arrange the rollups on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Once baked, remove them from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
