  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and evenly mixed.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll it up tightly, starting from the wide end.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each rollup for added flavor.
  8. Arrange the rollups on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
