Description

Make delicious frozen yogurt granola bars with this easy no-bake recipe. Perfect for snacks or breakfast on the go!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (180 g) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (240 g) Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (170 g) honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup (80 g) nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) mixed nuts and dried fruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, and dried fruit.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press firmly into an even layer.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Once set, lift the bars out using the parchment overhang, slice, and serve.

Notes

These bars can be made a week in advance. Store them in an airtight container for freshness.
