Ingredients
Scale
- 240 g (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
- 125 g (½ cup) peanut butter
- 60 ml (¼ cup) honey or maple syrup
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 50 g (⅓ cup) mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir with a spatula until well combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips if using, ensuring even distribution throughout the mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each section just to the top.
- Cover the molds with plastic wrap or a lid and place them in the freezer. Freeze the bites for at least 120 minutes or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds. Serve immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.
Notes
For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey. These bites freeze well for up to 3 months.
