Description

Enjoy these Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites as a healthy snack. They’re easy to make and perfect for a quick treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 240 g (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
  • 125 g (½ cup) peanut butter
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) honey or maple syrup
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 50 g (⅓ cup) mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir with a spatula until well combined and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips if using, ensuring even distribution throughout the mixture.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each section just to the top.
  4. Cover the molds with plastic wrap or a lid and place them in the freezer. Freeze the bites for at least 120 minutes or until completely solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds. Serve immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey. These bites freeze well for up to 3 months.
