- 4 pieces of flatbread
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- ½ cup sliced red onion
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Evenly spread about ¼ cup of pizza sauce on each flatbread.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the diced ham, pineapple chunks, and sliced red onion across the pizzas. Add bell peppers if using.
- Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Lightly brush the edges of the flatbread with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are crispy.
