Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet to smooth it out.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pastry, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edges.

  5. Carefully roll the pastry tightly into a log shape, starting from one edge. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.
