- 2–4 tablespoons espresso granules
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully integrated before adding the next.
- Gradually add the dry flour mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and espresso granules, distributing them evenly.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto lightly greased baking sheets, spacing them evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove cookies from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
