Indulgent yet simple no-bake chocolate truffles that melt in your mouth, perfect for gifting or satisfying sweet cravings.
Ingredients

- 200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
- 50 g (1/4 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional flavoring: vanilla extract, orange zest, or liqueur
Instructions
- Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it simmers (3-5 minutes).
- Place chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and pour hot cream over it. Let sit for 1-2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Add optional flavorings if desired and mix until incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it cool for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Scoop small portions of ganache and roll into balls about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder until fully coated and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set.
Notes
These truffles can be made up to a week in advance. Store in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months.
