Instructions
- Prepare your cauliflower base by ricing it in a food processor. Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture.
- Mix riced cauliflower with eggs and cheese to form a dough.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Once the base is ready, spread the marinara sauce, add toppings, sprinkle with cheese, and return to the oven until cheese is bubbly.
