Delicious Brie Stuffed Chicken – Juicy, Easy & Flavor-Packed


Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 68 oz (170–225 g) brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for searing)
  • Add spinach, sautéed before stuffing
  • Replace brie with Camembert
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes
  • Add mushrooms, cooked until golden
  • Use rosemary instead of thyme
  • Add roasted red peppers

Instructions

  1. Slice a deep pocket into each chicken breast. Season inside and out with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Fill each pocket with brie slices, garlic, onion, and fresh herbs. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
