Description

Ingredients

  • 1 kg (2.2 lbs) Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 240 g (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 28 g (1 oz) Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 120 g (1 cup) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 240 ml (1 cup) Chicken Broth
  • Green Onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the large skillet over medium heat and add the chicken breasts, searing for about 5 minutes per side until browned.
  2. Lower heat and add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
  4. Use two forks to shred the chicken in the skillet and mix with the creamy sauce.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken, stirring until melted and mixed.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with diced green onions.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the chicken and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
