- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- 240 g (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
- 28 g (1 oz) Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 120 g (1 cup) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 240 ml (1 cup) Chicken Broth
- Green Onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the large skillet over medium heat and add the chicken breasts, searing for about 5 minutes per side until browned.
- Lower heat and add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
- Use two forks to shred the chicken in the skillet and mix with the creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken, stirring until melted and mixed.
- Serve hot, garnished with diced green onions.
Notes
Avoid overcooking the chicken and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
