This Cowboy Club Sandwich is a hearty triple-decker loaded with deli turkey, ham, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, fresh lettuce and tomatoes—finished with bold Cowboy Mayo for a creamy, zesty kick. Perfect for an easy lunch or quick dinner in just 15 minutes.

- 6 slices white sandwich bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup Cowboy Mayo (homemade or store-bought)
- 8 oz sliced deli turkey
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 4 slices deli ham
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Toast all 6 slices of bread. Lay them out and spread about 1 tablespoon Cowboy Mayo on one side of each slice.
- Place 1 slice bread mayo-side up. Add half the turkey, 1 romaine leaf, and tomato slices. Season tomatoes lightly with salt and pepper.
- Top with a second slice of bread mayo-side down. Spread a little more Cowboy Mayo on the top of this slice.
- Add 4 slices bacon, 2 slices ham, 1 slice cheddar, and 1 romaine leaf.
- Add the third slice of bread mayo-side down and press gently. Secure with toothpicks and slice diagonally into quarters.
- Assemble the second sandwich with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
