Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (120 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 Tbsp orange zest (from about 1 large orange)
- 1 can (13.5 oz) unsweetened coconut cream
- 2 Tbsp honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Zest the orange to get 1 Tbsp zest, then squeeze 1/2 cup fresh orange juice. Set aside.
- Add coconut cream, orange juice, zest, honey (or agave), vanilla, and a pinch of salt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high for 2–3 minutes until velvety smooth, scraping down the sides once.
- Adjust sweetness or citrus (add a little extra honey/agave or a splash more juice if needed).
- Pour into serving glasses or ramekins and refrigerate at least 1 hour to set.
- Top with shredded coconut and a pinch of zest (add nuts or edible flowers if desired). Serve chilled.
