- 1 loaf of garlic bread (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: sliced mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers for added toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- If using store-bought garlic bread, slice it in half lengthwise. If making homemade garlic bread, prepare it according to your preferred recipe.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the chicken and sauce mixture.
- Place the garlic bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Spread the chicken and Alfredo sauce mixture evenly over each half.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
- Cut the garlic bread pizza into slices and serve warm.
