Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour the heavy cream over the chicken, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded Asiago cheese evenly over the chicken and sauce.
