- 8 oz cream cheese, softened until spreadable
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix (from the packet)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- ½ cup beef bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled into bits
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Create the Creamy Ranch Base: In a medium bowl, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese with 1 tbsp of ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and uniformly colored.
- Incorporate Savory Flavors: To the cream cheese mixture, add 1 cup of freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese, ½ cup of crumbled beef bacon bits, and 2 finely chopped green onions. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Spread the Filling: Lay out 4 large flour tortillas. Generously spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of each tortilla, up to the edges.
- Roll the Tortillas: Starting from one edge, tightly roll up each filled tortilla. Press gently to seal the roll.
- Chill and Slice: Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 1 hour) until firm. Unwrap and carefully slice each roll into ½ to ¾-inch thick pinwheels using a sharp knife.
