Description
Blue Christmas Truffles are creamy no-bake white chocolate truffles tinted bright blue and rolled in sparkling sanding sugar for a wintery holiday treat.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese (softened, 1 package)
- 3 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp blue gel food coloring (start small, add more to desired shade)
- 1 1/2 cups blue sparkling sanding sugar (coating)
- 1/2 cup white sparkling sugar (optional “snow” effect)
- blue sanding sugar (as needed for serving platter)
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies (mix into coating)
- silver edible glitter (as desired)
Instructions
- Combine white chocolate chips and butter; microwave in short bursts, stir until smooth.
- Stir in softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Mix in vanilla extract and salt.
- Add blue gel coloring gradually until desired shade.
- Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Portion mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll in blue/white sanding sugar; gently press to adhere.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving.
