Description

Create a delicious Big Mac Crunchwrap Supreme at home, combining classic Big Mac flavors with a crispy, handheld tortilla wrap. This recipe is perfect for a fun family meal, offering a satisfying crunch and customizable layers of seasoned beef, cheese, pickles, onions, and a creamy special sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Beef Filling:
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • For the Crunchwrap Assembly:
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 Corn Tostadas
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 small Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (optional)
  • For the Special Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned and crumbly, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, sugar, white wine vinegar, and mustard until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Assemble Crunchwrap: Lay one large tortilla flat. Spread a spoonful of special sauce in the center. Layer with cooked beef, shredded cheese, a corn tostada, shredded lettuce, pickles, chopped onions, and sesame seeds.
  4. Seal: Place a smaller tortilla on top of the fillings. Gently fold the edges of the large tortilla inward to encase the fillings securely. Flip the wrap to seal properly.
  5. Cook: Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Place the folded side of the Crunchwrap down and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Carefully flip and crisp the other side.
  6. Serve: Remove the Crunchwrap from the pan. Repeat for remaining wraps and serve hot with extra special sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a lighter option, use ground turkey or chicken for the beef filling.

  • Baked tortilla chips can substitute for corn tostadas.
  • Pepper jack cheese can be used for a spicy twist.
  • Spinach can replace iceberg lettuce.
  • Green onions can be used instead of yellow onion.
  • Greek yogurt can substitute for mayonnaise in the special sauce.
  • Chopped pickles can replace dill pickle relish.
  • Honey or agave can be used instead of granulated sugar.
  • Apple cider vinegar can substitute for white wine vinegar.
  • Dijon mustard offers a flavorful alternative.
  • Serve with optional sides like air-fried tater tots.
