Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked shredded beef, cooled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained, stemmed and halved
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, spoon the sour cream and spread it evenly.
  2. Add the cooled shredded beef to the bowl. Ensure it is evenly distributed.
  3. Gently add the drained and roughly chopped pineapple chunks, followed by the drained mandarin orange segments.
  4. Incorporate the drained, stemmed, and halved maraschino cherries. Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows over the mixture.
  5. Gently fold all the ingredients together until just combined.
  6. Cover the bowl tightly and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours.
