This Easy Baked Shrimp Scampi recipe combines succulent shrimp with a zesty lemon and garlic sauce topped with a buttery panko crust.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons light butter (softened at room temperature, not melted)
Instructions
- Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lay the peeled and deveined shrimp flat in a small baking dish and spray lightly with olive oil. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Pour lemon juice and white wine over the shrimp. Sprinkle minced garlic on top.
- In a separate bowl, mix softened light butter with panko breadcrumbs until it resembles wet sand.
- Evenly sprinkle the panko and butter mixture over the shrimp.
- Bake for 15 minutes until shrimp are opaque and topping is golden brown.
