- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, heavy cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the seared chicken breasts in the skillet. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
