  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, heavy cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  5. Pour the creamy sauce over the seared chicken breasts in the skillet. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
