No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars are the perfect mix of sweet, salty, crunchy, and creamy layers.
Ingredients

- 2 ½ cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (plus more for sprinkling)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil for smoother chocolate
- Optional: Flaky sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting.
- Place pretzels in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin until coarse crumbs form. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbling. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Press half the pretzels into the pan. Pour caramel evenly over them, then top with the remaining pretzels. Press gently.
- Melt chocolate chips (with optional oil) in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over caramel layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Lift from pan, slice into bars, and enjoy!
