Description

A refreshing and hydrating drink made with just two main ingredients: watermelon and lemons. Perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 seedless watermelon (fresh, chopped)
  • 23 fresh lemons (juiced)
  • Cold water (to thin it out)
  • Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar, to taste)
  • Optional: mint leaves, strawberries, or fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop the watermelon and blend until smooth.
  2. Juice the lemons into a pitcher.
  3. Pour the watermelon puree through a mesh strainer into the lemon juice.
  4. Stir and taste; add sweetener if needed.
  5. Serve over ice or refrigerate for later.
